Ruthville is formed from the character of Ruth in the Bible who was a virtuous woman. She was an outcast, a widow and poor. She moved into marriage, wealth and became a Bible reference.
This is our model - regardless of your race, nationality, or economic status, you were born equal. You are important, you have a purpose and there is always help if you seek it from the right source.
